Shipping & Returns
Delivery within 2-7 days from receipt of payment and confirmation of receipt of order.
All prices exclude VAT, and include free delivery to UK mainland only, prices to other destinations are available on request.
Purchaser must be able to recieve goods between normal working hours.
Any special delivery instructions or delivery to other than ground floor must be advised when ordering due to some products large size.
We reserve the right to charge to re-deliver in the event of a failed delivery due to customer error.
As it is our policy to continually improve our products we reserve the right to alter minor specification without prior notice.
What happens if my product arrives damaged
All claims for shortages or damage must be notified within 48 hours, goods must be inspected and counted where possible and visible on receipt before signing. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours on and we’ll give you a free of charge collection and either a refund or replacement product.
Refunds and returns
Any application for return of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt, contact us and we’ll discuss the cancellation with you and whether you’d prefer to have an alternative product sent to you, or a refund of receipt of goods. Products must be in original packaging.
